Delivery Costs, Schedule & Returns

Mainland UK

10% of the order value up to a maximum of £9.


Non-Mainland UK & Europe

15% of the order value is charged.

Delivery Schedule

Please allow three working days from receipt of your order to account for any issues that may arise.

We will advise you of any delay. Standard delivery time normally takes about 2-5 working days in total.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will backorder it for you. We will ship as soon as stock becomes available.


All of our products can be returned free of charge within 30 days for any reason, but please call us first to arrange the return.

After 30 days all carriage costs must be borne by the customer and returns that are not in a saleable condition will result in a credit of only 60% of the cost.

All returns must be made through TFH for all purchases made on this website and over the telephone with TFH. If you wish to make a return please follow the instructions in the returns part of this website. RNIB do not have any knowledge of orders placed on this site and will be unable to support you in your request.


TFH are unfortunately unable to offer AFTB (articles for the blind) delivery services on any products purchased from this website, Articles for the blind delivery is not an insured service and as such we send all deliveries by courier and the appropriate charges are made on each order. TFH apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
